Main purpose of machine

1. It can automatically complete the folding of instructions, carton forming, opening, section cartoning, batch number printing, sealing, etc. It can be equipped with hot melt adhesive system to complete hot melt adhesive sealing.

2. The machine is controlled by PLC. Photoelectric monitoring of each part action, abnormal operation, automatic shutdown, display the cause, so as to eliminate the fault in time.

3. The main drive motor and clutch brake are installed inside the frame, and the torque overload protector of each part of the transmission system is installed on the machine board, which can separate the main drive motor from each transmission part under overload, so as to ensure the safety of the whole machine.

4. The machine is equipped with intelligent detection device. No material, no manual, no carton, easy to work with the front equipment. In the process of testing, the waste products (without drug version and instructions) are removed at the outlet to ensure that the product quality fully meets the qualified requirements

5. The machine can be used alone or in conjunction with blister packaging machine and other equipment to form a complete production line.

6. The machine can change the packaging specifications according to the different use requirements of users, and the adjustment and debugging are simple. It is not only suitable for the production of large quantities of single varieties, but also can meet the production of small batches and multiple varieties of users.
